Job Summary (List Format):
- Design, configure, and develop HR web applications and user interfaces for the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform.
- Build reusable, scalable, and accessible UI components using React and Next.js.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services and APIs (REST/GraphQL).
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD processes to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and continuously improve application quality.
- Follow engineering standards, security requirements, and development best practices.
- Support production stability through defect fixing, performance tuning, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to secure, compliant, and well-documented solutions in line with enterprise standards.
- Work effectively within cross-functional and Agile/Scrum teams, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Leverage modern styling frameworks (such as Tailwind CSS) and frontend testing tools (e.g., React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright).
- (Nice to have) Experience with Apollo GraphQL, Azure-hosted applications, and design systems/component libraries.
- Ideal candidate is a pragmatic, hands-on frontend developer comfortable in HR contexts, with a focus on automated testing, quality, and scalable design.
