Job Descriptions
As a Frontend Engineer Intern, you’ll join the Product Engineering Team, working closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers.
You’ll learn how to build interactive, high-quality, and scalable user interfaces while understanding how design, data, and backend systems come together to create smooth user experiences.
This internship is designed to help you evolve from a student of front-end technologies to a product-minded engineer who understands usability, performance, and real-world constraints.
What You’ll Do
During your internship, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Collaborate with backend engineers and product designers to build functional and visually consistent web interfaces.
Implement responsive layouts, reusable components, and dynamic data-driven pages.
Learn how to manage state, handle API calls, and integrate with backend services.
Participate in building or improving Rakamin’s internal platforms used for learning, recruitment, or analytics.
Ensure user experience quality by testing, debugging, and maintaining UI performance.
Experiment with creative interfaces or small interactive projects using animation or visualization libraries.
What You’ll Learn
You’ll gain direct exposure to how modern frontend development happens in a fast-paced product environment. Specifically, you’ll learn:
How to work with modern frameworks like React, Next.js, or Vue.
How to structure scalable component systems and handle state management effectively.
How frontend interacts with backend via RESTful APIs.
How to use CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and collaboration tools like FigJam.
How to measure and improve frontend performance and accessibility.
How to work with modern tech stacks such as TailwindCSS, TypeScript, and cloud deployment tools (CloudFlare Workers).
Optional exposure to data visualization, real-time dashboards, and AI-enhanced user experiences.
