As a Frontend Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain user-facing applications and internal tools that improve business processes and customer interactions. You will work across the product lifecycle, collaborating with engineering teams and stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and user-friendly solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing modern frontend applications using scalable, secure, and maintainable engineering practices.
• Building internal dashboards, customer support tools, account management systems, and workflow automation interfaces.
• Creating custom search tools, investigation platforms, data annotation interfaces, and reporting solutions.
• Developing user experiences that help explain machine learning outputs and complex system insights.
• Collaborating with product and engineering teams to define technical requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Writing reliable, well-tested, and extensible code that supports current and future business needs.
• Contributing to technical improvements by identifying opportunities to reduce technical debt and enhance development workflows.
• Participating throughout the full software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and production monitoring.
• Sharing knowledge with teammates through collaboration, mentorship, and constructive code reviews.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a skilled frontend-focused engineer with experience building complex web applications and a strong ability to collaborate in a distributed environment. You should be comfortable taking ownership of technical projects, learning new technologies quickly, and contributing to both product and engineering decisions. Required qualifications and preferred experience include:

• 6+ years of experience in frontend or full-stack software development, with a strong frontend focus.
• Proven experience building modern web applications using frameworks such as React, Vue, or similar single-page application technologies.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, user experience principles, and modern development practices.
• Experience working with backend services, databases, and data-driven applications.
• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, NoSQL systems, or similar technologies.
• Experience leading technical projects and owning solutions from concept through delivery.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Experience working in startup-like or fast-paced environments with a high level of ownership.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teams across multiple time zones.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and enthusiasm for learning new technologies and solving complex problems.
