Frontend Engineer

You will build reusable frontend components and design features for financial products, including internal dashboards, customer applications, public webpages, guides, and documentation. You will tailor interfaces to regional audiences, analyze user behavior to optimize flows, develop analytics capabilities, and measure engagement. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to launch features, write reusable and reliable tested code, maintain technical and user documentation, and gather stakeholder feedback before releases.

Responsibilities

• Build reusable frontend components and design features for financial products
• Design and develop interfaces for multiple regional audiences
• Analyze user behavior and engagement metrics to optimize user flows
• Develop analytics capabilities and measure user engagement
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to launch key features
• Write high-quality, reusable, reliable, and extensively tested code
• Create and maintain flow diagrams, development and testing documentation, and implementation guides
• Develop external documentation and user guides
• Gather feedback from product owners, end users, and clients before releases

Requirements

• Proven frontend engineering experience with a minimum of 6 years of experience
• Experience distilling requirements across multiple teams and testing with stakeholders before feature launches
• Proficiency in common web technologies
• Proficiency with or willingness to learn TypeScript, NextJS, Tailwind CSS, React, and Figma
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
