Frontend Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain responsive web applications primarily using Vue.js and related modern frontend technologies
• Translate Figma designs and prototypes into reusable, production-ready interfaces with high visual fidelity across desktop and mobile
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers on feature scope, UX, technical implementation, and API integration
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and design maintainable client-side data flows and state management
• Develop and maintain reusable components and contribute to shared design systems/component libraries
• Optimize web applications for performance, accessibility, Core Web Vitals, and cross-browser compatibility
• Debug and resolve issues across frontend applications, including unfamiliar and AI-generated code
• Review code and maintain engineering standards for readability, maintainability, security, and reliability
• Participate in testing and quality assurance, including manual verification and automated testing where applicable
• Use AI-assisted development tools and agentic workflows effectively as part of the software development lifecycle

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional frontend/web development experience
• Strong JavaScript (ES6+) and working knowledge of TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with Vue.js, preferably Vue 3, or strong experience with another modern frontend framework with willingness to work primarily with Vue
• Strong HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern browser development skills
• Ability to translate Figma designs into responsive interfaces with high visual fidelity
• Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs
• Understanding of component-based architecture, frontend state management, and reusable UI patterns
• Understanding of web fundamentals including HTTP, browser behavior, caching, cookies/storage, CORS, and browser debugging tools
• Understanding of web performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development/code-review workflows
• Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across product, design, and engineering teams
