Frontend/Fullstack Engineer

Aida is a B2B enterprise AI company founded by Piyush Prahladka, former co-founder of Glean (a unicorn valued at $7.2B), and Atish Das Sarma, former head of growth engineering at Patreon and AI at Apple Cloud. Operating in the Sales tech sector, Aida builds conversational AI agents that form the core of the AI orchestration layer. Backed by top-tier VCs, Aida boasts several marquee unicorn customers and is experiencing rapid growth.

Currently, Aida has a team of 20 and is seeking an exceptional frontend or frontend-leaning full stack engineer to become a key member of our early extended founding team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years, ideally 4+ years, of experience developing user-facing products using React

  • Deep expertise in React, Typescript, and NextJS

  • Familiarity with TailwindCSS and Tanstack/React Query is a plus

  • Ability to design and architect frontend features from scratch

  • Extensive experience creating standalone UI component libraries

  • Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms

  • Excellent system design skills

  • Enthusiasm for solving challenging technical problems with innovative solutions

  • Experience at early-stage growth startups is a plus

  • Comfortable taking on full stack responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field from a top university
