We’re looking for a Frontend Lead who is passionate about delivering high-quality, user-friendly applications. In this role, you’ll drive the frontend strategy across our product suite, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and lead a team of developers in building responsive, accessible, and scalable UI solutions that power critical workflows in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, development, and performance of our frontend applications across multiple modules.
Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver clean, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces.
Mentor frontend engineers and uphold best practices through code reviews, technical guidance, and continuous feedback.
Ensure consistency and scalability through component libraries and shared design systems.
Optimize for performance, responsiveness, and browser compatibility.
Support build processes and CI/CD practices to ensure high-quality, reliable releases.
Stay current with modern frontend technologies and bring forward recommendations when appropriate.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with 1–2 years in a technical leadership or mentorship capacity.
Proficiency in Tailwind, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Angular 19+.
Strong knowledge of component-based architecture, state management, and RESTful integrations.
Experience with frontend tooling such as Webpack, Vite, and version control systems like Git.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress), and Agile workflows.
Commitment to clean, maintainable code and performance-conscious design.
Nice to Have
Experience working with EHR systems or in the healthcare software domain.
Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
Experience building or managing design systems.
Familiarity with Tailwind, Material UI, or other frontend libraries.
