Frontend Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade frontend applications using Angular.
• Define and implement frontend architecture, including micro frontends and modular design.
• Develop and maintain reusable component libraries and design systems.
• Ensure UI consistency, responsiveness, and performance optimisation across applications.
• Implement state management using NgRx and reactive programming with RxJS.
• Collaborate with backend teams, architects, and stakeholders for seamless integration.
• Establish and enforce UI/UX standards and best practices.
• Manage build pipelines, packaging, and deployment using NPM and CI/CD tools.
• Conduct code reviews, mentoring, and technical guidance for frontend developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance and production issues.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Angular (17+) with high proficiency in TypeScript and a deep understanding of RxJS for reactive programming.
• Hands-on experience with NgRx for effective state management in large-scale applications.
• Experience working with UI libraries such as Angular Material and/or PrimeNG, along with strong knowledge of responsive web design principles.
• Ability to build scalable, reusable, and accessible UI components aligned with modern design standards.
• Solid experience in Micro Frontend architecture, with a strong understanding of component libraries and design systems.
• Expertise in frontend system design, architecture, and performance optimisation.
