Ticket, please! We are looking for an Intermediate-to-Senior Fullstack Developer with a sharp frontend focus to help keep the wheels turning for real-world transport networks.

In this role, you will be taking the wheel on performant, accessible web interfaces and design systems, turning user requirements into clean code, and building sound APIs to link up the frontend, backend, and data layers. No free rides here—just proper engineering for essential public services!

Key Tech & Engine Specs

  • 3 to 6+ years of professional fullstack software development under your belt.

  • Core Tech Stack: Solid production experience with Angular, TypeScript, Java, and Python.

  • Frontend Best Practice: Proper mastery of modern CSS, responsive layouts, state management, component architecture, and web accessibility (WCAG).

  • Cloud Infrastructure: Solid hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3/CloudFront, RDS).

  • Testing & Quality: Practical experience with Playwright, Jasmine, or Cucumber to make sure everything runs like clockwork.

  • Methodologies: Comfortable in Agile/Scrum environments with strong CI/CD and DevOps best practices.

What You’ll Be Doing on the Route

  • Building and maintaining responsive web applications and design systems alongside product and design teams.

  • Developing reliable, scalable APIs connecting frontend, backend, and data layers.

  • Pair programming, conducting peer PR reviews, and contributing to overall technical planning.

  • Keeping the pipeline running smooth through automated testing, release management, and CI/CD processes.

  • Working side-by-side with DevOps, QA, Security, and Data Engineering.

About You

  • Clear, well-structured communication—able to present data-informed narratives.

  • Empathy for the passengers using the product every day, with a commitment to software stability.

  • Pragmatic approach to balancing deployment speed with code quality and uptime.

  • A collaborative mindset—keen to share knowledge through pair programming and clear documentation.
