Frontend Team Lead

• Holding dailies, plannings, retrospectives & refinements/grooming sessions.
  

• Conducting peer code review for the team members.
  

• Follow up with teams’ progress and provide them with mentorship and guidance.
  

• Create and enhance work processes and guidelines for team members.
  

• Coordinate with other teams and act as a point of contact.
  

• Participate in the implementation of new features and send them to the quality team to be reviewed, if needed.
  

• Build system architecture, and direction, identify issues, and implement solutions to complex problems in large-scale front-end Infrastructure with coordination of the other involved teams in the product.
  

• Keep up to date and search for the latest technology trends, and conduct learning sessions for the team regarding the new technologies.
  

• Keeping up with good code quality across the team and with our coding guidelines – contribute to them and optimize.
  

• Setting up development plans for the team.
  

• Cooperating with other team managers.
  

Requirements

• 4+ years as a Front-end Developer and at least 1 year leading or acting as a lead for a team.
  

• Very good command of English language skills.
  

• Very good Interpersonal skills, written, and verbal communication skills.
  

• Very good problem-solving skills.
  

• Excellent leadership skills.
  

• Excellent experience in enhancing web sites performance.
  

• Very good knowledge of functional programming.
  

• Excellent knowledge of programming languages and different frameworks ( Javascript, Typescript, React, Redux, Node.js, React Native, Jest, Storybook).
  

• Good knowledge in building SSR app (Next.js or Gatsby.js for example)
  

• Deep knowledge of different programming styles and paradigms.
  

• Experience in Docker is a plus.
  

• Excellent experience in git and git working flows.
  

• Excellent experience in using modern JavaScript tooling: Eslint, Typescript, Babel, Webpack ...etc
