Frontend Tech Lead

You will set development goals, plan delivery, estimate work, and facilitate team rituals. You will establish quality-assurance processes and participate in testing and delivery. You will support onboarding, retention, mentorship, competency mapping, and individual development. You will help define frontend technologies and architecture, and contribute to architectural discussions.

Responsibilities

• Set development goals and plan the development process.
• Estimate implementation time for individual tasks.
• Organize and facilitate team rituals.
• Create product quality-assurance processes.
• Participate in testing and delivery processes.
• Build a support function, including onboarding and retention.
• Support employee development through knowledge and experience sharing.
• Work with team members' strengths and weaknesses.
• Build collective responsibility, trust, creativity, and mentorship.
• Create and update competency maps and individual development tracks.
• Define future technologies and development architecture.
• Participate in architectural-solution discussions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of frontend development experience.
• Experience working in an Agile or Kanban environment.
• Strong knowledge of React and its ecosystem, including state management and hooks.
• Understanding of caches, networks, load balancers, and CDNs.
• Ability to develop reliable, scalable, and maintainable frontend applications.
• Fluent English at B2+ level.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Experience building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with SAFe or other large-scale agile frameworks.
• Automation testing experience using Playwright or Cypress.
• Exposure to key-value and document databases, including Redis and MongoDB.
• Team leadership or management experience is a plus.
