Frontier Sales Operations Program Manager
Frontier Sales Operations (FSO) is the integrated operating and transformation framework for Sales Operations, bringing demand, program execution, performance, vendor investment, controls and AI-enabled transformation into one governed portfolio focused on measurable business outcomes. FSO sits within Global Vendor Delivery & Solutions (GVDS) and is part of the Operations Service Center (OSC). The team brings together a portfolio of operational workstreams, including Intake & Demand, Bowler Management, MBO Vendor Spend, Audit & Controls and a set of transformation programs, which together underpin how sales operations are planned, governed and delivered.

In doing so, it enables the Frontier Sales Ops leader to focus on strategic portfolio leadership, prioritization, investment and governance, while maintaining the execution rigor required to deliver FSO outcomes.
