Frontline Customer Service Officer

Location: Sin Ming Drive

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
• Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Contract Duration: 1 year

Salary

• $2,800/month (until 30 June 2027)
• $3,000/month (from 1 July 2027 until the end of the contract)

Job Scope:

* Attend to walk-in members of the public

* Process applications, renewals, issuance, and printing of Vocational Licences using internal systems (training will be provided)

* Use common office applications such as Microsoft Outlook and Skype

* Handle enquiries related to Vocational Licences via phone and email

* Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

* Qualification in any diploma discipline

* Tech-savvy, customer-oriented, and proactive with a positive attitude

* Comfortable with occasional physical duties, such as guardhouse duties and moving documents
