Frontline Support Specialist - intern

What we will expect from you:

• Cooperative work within the team in order to provide efficient and effective administrative support to our Business Sales teams
• Proactive connecting with colleagues to provide ongoing and consistent services, cover multiple services and help prevent excessive administrative burden on our Business Sales teams
• Providing support to our Accounts Managers in order to achieve sales monthly, quartal and yearly goals
• Working in partnership with client managers to meet all administrative support needs and create value for small and medium enterprises (SME)
• Accuracy of work on administrative tasks within Business Sales teams with timely handling

For a good start, you will need:

• University degree or final year
• Interest in learning about sales coordination, administration and customer service
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Organizational, time management and problem solving skills
• Experience in handling customer inquiries and ability to handle difficult customers professionally will be considered an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
