FS.Get Developer (SMAX Developer) - Senior Developer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Customize and enhance user interfaces and business logic within OpenText SMAX.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows.
• Perform testing and acceptance validation of new SMAX releases and functionalities.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with OpenText SMAX.
• Experience with automated workflows, rulesets, and CMDB management.
• Strong JavaScript skills.
• Good understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
• ITIL certification preferred, ideally ITIL Foundation v4.
• Structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within development and service management teams.

Language Skills

• German or English

Nice to Have

• Experience with Enterprise Service Management (ESM) environments.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Knowledge of service management best practices and process automat

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 3100€ /brutto.
