Job Responsibility
1. Main tasks :
- Machine installation, maintenance and troubleshooting (on sites at customers as well as in the company)
- Machine errors analysis and faults elimination
- Customer training and production support on field
- Internal department support as Production or Hotline-support when needed.
Job Characteristics
1. Professional characteristics
- Able to handle customers, communication, problems escalation
- Capability for troubleshooting
- At least 2 years working experience in Semiconductor Business and specializing in equipment maintenance
2. Personal characteristics
- Diploma of Bachelor Degree in Electronics, Mechanical or equivalent
- Spoken and written English is essential
- Good knowledge in PC hardware & software
- Be flexible to travel abroad / willing to travel and posses own transport
