Schedule: 11a-7pm, every other weekend rotation

What You’ll Do:

Lead and support daily dining room operations with attention to detail and warmth

Supervise, assign, and assist servers to ensure timely, quality service

Monitor meal delivery to ensure proper temperature and presentation

Oversee opening/closing procedures, table setups, and cleanliness
-
Assist with training new team members and promote team success

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with food handling regulations

Attend and contribute to team huddles, food safety meetings, and learning circles

Report hazards, accidents, and equipment concerns to dining leadership

Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a neat appearance

- Applicants must be at least 16 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must treat residents, family, guests, and coworkers with kindness, respect, and demonstrates excellent customer service.
- Criminal background check, drug screen must be completed and acceptable prior to starting work.
- Must be able to read menus, written instructions, diet orders, recipes, and understand measurement, preparation, and categories of food for special diets, including texture modifications and thickened liquids.
- Serving or Customer Service and Leadership experience preferred
- Servsafe certification preferred, but can be obtained on the job
