FT Admin - Labor Relations Administrator

The Human Resources Department at Lansing Community College models leadership that promotes a caring, committed connection to all areas of the college and demonstrates a commitment to the diversity, inclusion, and access of all individuals. The bargaining unit contract administrator for faculty union collective bargaining agreement will lead all investigations related to allegations of misconduct by teaching faculty and academic professionals, including those who are members of the faculty union, other bargaining units and non-bargaining employees as assigned. This position will exercise complex problem-solving techniques that include a combination of College procedures, applicable collective bargaining language, legal compliance, alignment with similar past situations, public perception, and stakeholder input.
