Agricola Eatery Morristown is Harvest Restaurants new location, offering farm to table menu, seasonal cocktails and fresh ingredients!

We are currently seeking an experienced bartender to join our opening team. We are looking for friendly, energetic, highly motivated people who thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

GOALS

• To exceed our guests’s exceptions by providing them with the highest level of consistent, professional and courteous service.
• To promote teamwork within the restaurant creating a positive work environment.
• To properly execute all necessary steps of service.
• Ensure the highest level of cleanliness and organization at all times.
• Provide exemplary customer service to all guests by applying knowledge of food and beverage menus.
• Reporting on time and in proper uniform, always clocking in and out as required of all employees.
• To respond positively to guests requests.
