FT Direct Support Professional/CNA
More Than Care. It’s Connection, Dignity & Independence.
As a Licensed CNA / Direct Support Professional (DSP) I, you’ll provide hands-on support that helps individuals feel comfortable, cared for, and empowered throughout their day. Personal care—including bathing, hygiene, dressing, and other daily living needs—will be a primary focus of this role.
You’ll also encourage individuals to participate in activities, build skills, and experience meaningful moments in their community while promoting dignity, independence, health, and wellness.
Our programs support individuals with diverse needs, including:
- LIFE Services: Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and medical support needs
- Brain Health Services: Individuals with traumatic and acquired brain injuries
What you’ll bring: A current CNA license and a compassionate, patient approach to hands-on care. Medication management experience is preferred, but not required.
If you’re looking for work where your care can make someone’s day—and their quality of life—better, we’d love to have you on our team.
