• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a correctional healthcare setting.

• Perform nursing assessments, monitor patient conditions, and respond to changing healthcare needs.

• Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and established protocols.

• Document patient care accurately and maintain complete medical records.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and team members to coordinate appropriate treatment.

• Assist with sick call, chronic disease management, and ongoing patient care needs.

• Recognize and respond to urgent medical situations while maintaining patient safety.

• Uphold professional nursing standards, patient confidentiality, and facility procedures.
