Description
- End-to-End Project Delivery: Take full ownership of the project lifecycle, from requirement gathering and planning to execution and final delivery. Must be able to manage projects independently with minimal supervision.
- Cross-Border Communication Bridge: Serve as the primary point of contact between Japanese clients and internal technical teams. Lead business meetings in Japanese and provide real-time interpretation during technical discussions.
- Progress & Risk Management: Independently monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and change requests. Identify potential risks proactively and propose mitigation strategies.
- Documentation & Quality Assurance: Create, review, and maintain project-related documentation in both Chinese and Japanese, ensuring all deliverables meet the client’s success criteria.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with third-party vendors, cloud service providers, and internal Infra/Security teams to ensure seamless project integration.
