This includes helping customers choose the right plan, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving billing inquiries.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in cellular services or related field
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Basic computer skills
