【FTTI】Software Engineer - FH-4020

The Software Engineer is responsible for the development, enhancement, and maintenance of FTTI Portal, including several sub systems covers HR, Finance, and project development processes. This role also manages the requirement analytics and technical support to users, including requirement elicitation, development plan, system onboarding, troubleshooting, issue analysis, and resolution, while ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.

By leverage the AI resource from Fujitsu enterprise and hardware capability from our company, the role will collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and adapt AI technologies.

[Key Responsibilities]
Develop, maintain, and improve FTTI Portal, including ERP workflow, and project related processes.
Discuss requirement with users and turn into specification for AI and development.
Assist users in adopting and effectively utilizing supported systems and tools, also collect user feedbacks.
Utilize AI technologies and Fujitsu enterprise resources (inhouse API model, top AI agents, and Microsoft ecosystems) to optimize, automate, and enhance existing systems.
Ensure system stability, maintainability, security, and compliance with organizational standards.

[Education and Mandatory Experience]

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of software development on web service.

[Skills and experience nice to have]

• Programming language and framework: C#, Python, Javascript. React.js. Node.js
• Java workflow customization with Scriptrunner
• Experiences of OS test automation utility and communication with iRMC (BMC)
• AI agent skill with GitHub Copilot or Claude Code

[Preferred Qualifications]
Language:

• Fluent in English, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
