• Manage fuel card accounts (WEX, Fleet One, Comdata, etc.)
Monitor daily fuel transactions
Review fuel usage and identify irregular activity
Track MPG and fuel efficiency
Reconcile fuel expenses with fleet records
Handle fuel card issues and fraud holds
Assist drivers with fuel-related problems
Ensure fueling follows company policies
Prepare fuel reports and cost analysis
Monitor fuel costs per mile
Maintain accurate fuel documentation
Coordinate with accounting and fleet teams
