Fuel Stop Manager
$18.09 - $19.59 PER HOURGENERAL PURPOSE:The purpose of this position is to provide exceptional customer service to Harmons’ Fuel Stop customers. This person will be cashiering, cleaning, servicing and troubleshooting fuel pumps and other equipment, training new fuel stop kiosk associates, and ensuring a safe environment for customers and other associates.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Follows established departmental and store policies and proceduresEnsures the quality and freshness of all products and services provided by the fuel stopResponsible for maintaining the appropriate product assortment and inventory levels for the fuel stopConfirms pricing accuracy and signage for all products, paying particular attention to ad itemsEnsures the fuel stop is cleaned and sanitized daily and meets the company standards for appearance and safetyDelivers excellent customer service to all customersPromotes Foodie Club Card at each transactionOffers to pump fuel (gasoline or diesel) for all customersOffers to wash windshields and windows for all customersReceives, stores, and stocks items sold at the fuel stopCleans, services and troubleshoots fuel pumps, fuel tanks, receipt printers, vending machine, and other equipment at the fuel stopVerifies fuel deliveries and reconciliation reportsTeaches, mentors, and educates associates to help them be successful members of the teamProvides honest, direct and constant feedback to associates regarding their performance and areas of improvementWrite the fuel stop schedule to ensure coverage and meet labor goalsWeekly and quarterly inventory of all fuel stop products as directedCompletes assigned tasks efficiently and in a timely mannerSets a professional and positive example to othersAssists as needed to ensure the success of the store as a wholeMARGINIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Clears snow from the fuel stop during winter. Also requires standing, walking, and bending throughout the entire work day and the ability to maneuver heavy objects weighing up to 40-50 pounds from location to location.
