What You Will Be Doing Administering a portfolio of offshore pension schemes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of instructions not limited to contributions, transfers, and withdrawals Preparing and maintaining scheme documentation, member records, and correspondence Liaising with clients, financial advisers, and third-party providers to resolve queries professionally and efficiently Supporting compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies Keeping up to date with developments in UK pension legislation and industry best practice What We Are Looking For Essential: Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Comfortable working with numbers and financial data Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines A team player who takes ownership of their work Desirable: 2+ years of experience in pension administration, financial services, or a related field Familiarity with pension schemes (e.g. QROPS, SIPPS, or similar) Understanding of regulatory frameworks Progress towards or interest in professional qualifications (e.g. PMI, CISI) We welcome applications from candidates at an earlier stage of their career — full training will be provided for the right person.
