Fulfillment Associate

In this role, you'll be a valuable part of our order fulfillment process—using pick tickets to locate items, pulling accurate quantities, packing them with care, and maintaining consistent productivity. This is a direct hire full-time position working Monday - Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack our orders daily; accurately pick customer sales orders using handheld scanning devices, meeting daily performance quotas.
- Label, pack, and ship orders securely and correctly, ensuring all shipments meet company standards for accuracy and presentation.
- Document and communicate key shipment details, including serial numbers, tracking updates, and changes to shipping addresses, when applicable
- Count finished products to determine if product orders are complete
- Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
- Comply with all safety policies and warehouse procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
