Fulfillment Associate

You will pack and ship data-collection hardware, manage replacements, schedule pickups, and maintain inventory records. You will organize inbound shipments, keep the shipping floor efficient, and flag low stock, damage, or carrier delays early.

Responsibilities

• Pack and ship data collection hardware
• Handle replacements for broken equipment
• Schedule and support pickups
• Track and move inventory in tracking software and internal tools
• Organize and communicate inbound shipments
• Maintain an organized and efficient shipping floor
• Flag low stock, damaged hardware, and carrier delays

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in fulfillment, shipping and receiving, warehouse, or inventory operations
• Attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work on your feet for most of the day
