Fulfillment Associate- Working Student
About the role
Fulfillment Associates - We are looking for a working student for our Fulfillment Center in Rangsdorf (in Brandenburg), near Berlin. You will support Hive’s fulfillment process end-to-end. As a Fulfillment Associate, you'll be a key part of our on-site warehouse team in Rangsdorf, helping ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
Work hours: flexible hours - 20 h/week
What you'll do
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and accuracy
- Receive, sort, and stock incoming inventory
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., scanners, pallet jacks) safely and correctly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets
- Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors
- Searching constantly for ways to improve our processes and make them more reliable
Your Profile
- Team player and takes ownership of tasks
- Detail oriented and enjoys packaging parcels nicely to put a smile on the customer's face when they receive them
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable and punctual ⏳
- Prior warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus but not required
- Speak very good English or/and German (German is not mandatory)
Your performance and personality count more than school grades or what you've done before.
A plus - but not a must!
- You have a forklift license
- You already worked in logistics or fulfillment
