About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on B2B Fulfillment Manager to join our growing team in Salt Lake City!

Working alongside our Warehouse Manager, you'll take ownership of our business-to-business (B2B) fulfillment operations, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately, on time, and in line with customer requirements.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading daily B2B fulfillment activities and supporting warehouse employees.
• Ensuring retail and wholesale orders meet customer packaging, labeling, and shipping requirements.
• Coordinating with carriers and internal teams to meet delivery deadlines.
• Investigating shipping errors, customer chargebacks, and inventory discrepancies.
• Monitoring performance, improving processes, and reducing avoidable costs.
• Maintaining a safe, organized, and productive working environment.

About the Person

You're an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys leading people, solving problems, and getting things done.

We're looking for someone with:

• At least 3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or B2B fulfillment, including some supervisory experience.
• A good understanding of retail shipping requirements, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

Experience working with major retailers such as Walmart, Target, or Costco, including EDI processes and retailer compliance, would be a plus!

Work Pattern

Our working pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30 (40 hours per week)
