About the Role
Huakun Intelligent Technology International Co., Ltd. is Huawei’s only strategic partner in computing, specialising in Ascend AI servers and Kunpeng general-purpose servers. We are expanding our Hong Kong team and looking for a Field Service Engineer to manage the delivery of ICT projects across Hong Kong and overseas.
What You’ll Do
Manage end-to-end delivery of ICT projects, covering bid support, client liaison, site survey, and technical feasibility assessment
Supervise on-site delivery and coordinate internal resources and external service vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within quality standards, and in compliance
Manage service vendor policies and daily operations
Support overseas service sales configuration, providing technical solution recommendations and resource matching
Participate in cross-departmental contract reviews, focusing on delivery feasibility
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering, or related disciplines
3–5 years of experience in field engineering or ICT project delivery; overseas project experience preferred
Huawei experience is a strong advantage
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English; able to draft English technical documents, emails, and meeting minutes
Must have the right to work in Hong Kong (TTPS, QMAS, IANG, Dependent Visa, or HK Permanent Resident)
What We Offer
Monthly salary: HK$28,000 – HK$38,000 (depending on experience)
14-month package
Overseas travel allowance (approximately 3–6 months of overseas travel per year)
