Fulfilment Specialist (12-month FTC)

The Fulfilment Specialist is responsible for performing fulfilment tasks delegated by the Manager or Lead Agent. The role follows established procedures and workflows to ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned activities, while identifying and escalating priority issues where required.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Travel documentation administration - sending invoices, itineraries, and other relevant travel documents to all markets via email and post for FIT and Charter customers.
  • Brochure fulfilment for all markets.
  • Preparing and maintaining ship manifests.
  • Back Office tasks related to invoicing.
  • Managing and responding to enquiries received through the Loyalty Inbox.
  • Medical Screening Form process support.
  • Updating customer profiles where required.
  • Service Web bookings (market dependent)
  • Work with Inside Sales teams globally to support Groups admin, Charter and Block space groups.
  • Support on ad hoc projects as required. Contribute to broader team and business priorities as needed.
  • Thinks sustainably and brings this mindset to their team and partners.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English is required. Additional business level fluency in German is beneficial but not required.
  • Experience in maritime, expedition, or cruise industry beneficial but not required.
  • Learning Agility. You will have the desire to be in constant learning mode.
  • Teamwork. Be willing to support your team and the other teams in the business and be able to change your point of view.
  • Self-Discipline. Commitment to self-improvement and be aware of how your decisions affect those around you and manage your time efficiently.
  • Tech-forward and adaptable, with a proven ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience working in a multi-national organisation with a global guest mix.
