Full-Cycle Sales – Space Tech (all genders)

We build carbon-fiber pressure vessels that go into orbit. You'll build the pipeline that gets them there.

This is a pure hunting role: cold calls, first meetings, follow-ups, closed contracts. You own the full cycle start to finish, no handoffs. If you've spent the last 3-5 years on a structured, metrics-driven sales floor and you measure your week in calls made, meetings booked, and deals closed, this is your next step up.

What You'll Do:
  • Build your own pipeline from scratch through cold calls and outbound prospecting across the European space market.
  • Run the full sales cycle yourself: first touch, qualification, technical discovery, proposal, close.
  • Track and hit weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets, the same rhythm you already run today.
  • Get in front of customers early and often, calls, site visits, trade shows included.
  • Learn the technical side of COPVs on the job. We train you on the product. You bring the hunting instinct.
  • 3-5 years in full-cycle B2B sales, ideally from a structured, quota-driven sales organization.
  • A daily habit of outbound activity: calls, outreach, pipeline building, not waiting on inbound leads.
  • Competitive drive. You track your numbers because you want to win, not because someone's watching.
  • Curiosity about how things are made. No aerospace background required, we teach you the product.
  • Fluent English. German is a plus.
  • Base salary at 60-80% of OTE, uncapped variable on top. You control your upside.
  • Short paths, fast decisions, no layers between you and the people who call the shots.
  • Real coaching and structure. You always know your number and how you're tracking against it.
  • Germany Ticket, EGYM Wellpass, or a tax-free GivveCard, your call.
  • Fresh shared lunch every day, different daily, peak team bonding.
