Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and detail new, used, and customer vehicles
• Wash, wax, buff, and polish vehicle exteriors
• Vacuum, shampoo, and clean vehicle interiors
• Clean windows, mirrors, wheels, tires, and trim
• Apply protective coatings and dressings as needed
• Inspect vehicles to ensure dealership quality standards are met
• Move vehicles safely throughout the dealership lot
• Maintain detailing equipment and work areas
• Assist with lot appearance and vehicle presentation
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Previous detailing experience preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
