ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for full-stack engineers with strong fundamentals who want to build AI-powered applications. You will build both backend AI services and frontend AI interfaces.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Build end-to-end AI features (backend APIs + frontend UI) • Integrate LLMs into Node.js/React applications • Implement streaming responses • Design feedback loops for model improvement • Create AI-native user experiences with proper loading states, error handling, and trust signals • Collaborate with product managers on AI feature definition

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

Experience • 5+ years full-stack development • 3+ years backend (Node.js OR Python) • 3+ years frontend (React, Next.js preferred) • 2+ year integrating LLM APIs, RAG, Prompt Engineering

Engineering Fundamentals • Strong problem-solving skills – ability to decompose features and implement clean, maintainable solutions • Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures – can analyze complexity and choose appropriate structures for given problems • Experience designing RESTful APIs with consideration for performance, security, and scalability • Understanding of database design principles – indexing, query optimization, data modelling.

Backend Skills • Node.js with Express/NestJS OR • Python with FastAPI/Flask

Frontend Skills • React with Next.js • TypeScript • Responsive design • State management (Zustand, Redux, or Context)

AI Experience • LLM API integration • Prompt engineering for production • Basic vector database understanding

Cloud • AWS, GCP, Azure, or Vercel deployment experience

Nice to Have • Experience building voice AI, voice agents, or video AI/chatbot solutions
