Full-Stack AI Software Engineer (Python / React)

We are seeking experienced Full-Stack Software Engineers (Python / React) to join an innovative project building a conversational Voice AI platform for the US HealthTech market.

The primary core of this role centers around solid, product-focused Full-Stack engineering (Python & React).

• Role: Full-Stack AI Software Engineer (Python / React)

• Seniority: Mid / Senior (4+ years of software engineering experience with strong basic to AI)

• Engagement Model: B2B Contract, Full-time

• Work Model: Remote (Poland-based with flexible overlap for US working hours)

• Client Location: US-based

• Language: Fluent English (C1 – working language for direct client communication)

Responsibilities

• Build high-performance backend microservices in Python (FastAPI/WebSockets) and responsive frontend dashboards for caregivers using React and TypeScript.

• Integrate third-party telephony APIs (Twilio/LiveKit) and voice/AI endpoints (OpenAI, STT/TTS services) into system workflows.

• Design and maintain backend databases and structured storage mechanisms to support user preferences, conversation logs, and historical context.

• Optimize WebSockets and async pipelines for low latency, ensuring adherence to health data security standards (HIPAA compliance).

Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years of commercial full-stack software development experience with Python and React/TypeScript.

• Core Tech Stack & Ecosystems:

  • Backend (Primary Focus): Python (FastAPI, WebSockets, AsyncIO), PostgreSQL, Redis

  • Frontend (Primary Focus): React.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS (for administrative & analytics dashboards)

  • AI & Integration (Basic/Foundational Knowledge Only): Practical experience connecting to external LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude) and basic awareness of Speech-to-Text / Text-to-Speech integration

  • Infrastructure & Tooling: Docker, Git, CI/CD, REST APIs, WebSockets, AWS or GCP basics

• Nice to Have:

  • Experience with telephony or real-time streaming tools (e.g., Twilio, LiveKit, WebRTC).

  • Experience in HealthTech / MedTech environments (familiarity with HIPAA / SOC2 standards).
