Summary
A hands-on technical lead role in Citi's Source to Pay Solutions group in Belfast, designing and delivering Java (Spring Boot) backend services and Python components for enterprise-scale internal applications. Day to day involves owning end-to-end feature delivery in agile teams, integrating GenAI/LLM capabilities, and mentoring developers while ensuring security and control.
In this role you will design, build and enhance Java-based backend services and Python components for enterprise-scale applications within Citi's Source to Pay Solutions Technology group. You’ll own end-to-end feature delivery, collaborate with global teams, and apply agile practices while integrating GenAI capabilities to add value. You will mentor developers and ensure security, stability and control. This is a chance to contribute to a large-scale transformation agenda and work in a cross-functional, outcomes-focused environment.
