Work Mode: Hybrid (Wednesday & Thursday WFO)
Experience: 8-10 Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced developers with strong hands-on coding expertise in Java or .NET, along with experience in building scalable and modern engineering solutions.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Java or .NET development.
• Hands-on experience in Full Stack, Backend or Frontend development.
• Experience building scalable platforms, reusable services, APIs, SDKs and self-service tools.
• Good hands-on experience with AWS.
• Exposure to AI-assisted engineering and intelligent agent development.
• Knowledge of LLM workflows, Prompt Engineering and Context Engineering.
• Experience with CI/CD, Continuous Testing and Quality Gates.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Immediate to 15 days' notice period preferred.
• Willingness to work in Bangalore under the hybrid model.
• Must be comfortable with the Contract-to-Hire (CTH) employment model.
