About the role
Seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our growing team in Canberra, ACT. This is a full-time position based in our Canberra office or hybrid location, where you will play a crucial role in designing, developing and maintaining a platform across both front-end and back-end technologies. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be instrumental in delivering end-to-end solutions that drive our business objectives and enhance user experiences for our clients and stakeholders.

What you'll be doing
Instrumental in developing our AI products and integrating it into the Platform
Developing and maintaining platforms using modern front-end frameworks and back-end technologies
Designing and implementing robust database solutions and APIs to support application functionality
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions
Writing clean, maintainable and well-documented code that follows industry best practices and coding standards
Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members
Troubleshooting, debugging and resolving technical issues to ensure optimal application performance
Participating in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes
Staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements to our technology stack
What we're looking for
Proficiency in both front-end technologies (such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React) and back-end technologies (such as C#)
Strong understanding of database design and management, including experience with relational and non-relational databases
Experience with RESTful API design and development
Solid knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git
Familiarity with software development methodologies including Agile and Scrum
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex technical issues
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud) is desirable
Knowledge of testing frameworks and a commitment to writing unit and integration tests
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
