Full-stack Developer

Build and ship full-stack features using React while working in an AI-first workflow with tools like Claude Code and Cursor.
We are seeking a dedicated full-stack developer for a client engagement. You will be placed with one of our clients, working as an embedded member of their team within a modern, AI-first development workflow. 3o-BPO Inc. manages your employment; your day-to-day work is delivered for the client.
The client moves quickly and builds with AI at the centre of how they operate. This is a hands-on role for someone who is already fluent with AI coding tools and wants to apply that speed within a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
The successful candidate will receive direct, hands-on support to align with the client's established ways of working. Adaptability and pace, however, are prerequisites we expect you to bring from day one.
Key responsibilities:
Design, build, and ship full-stack features, with React as the primary front-end framework.
Work in an AI-first manner, using tools such as Claude Code and Cursor to accelerate delivery and iteration.
Take ownership of work end to end, from concept through to production.
Adapt rapidly to our workflow, tooling, and standards, absorbing new context efficiently.
Requirements:
3-4 years of professional full-stack development experience.
Strong, demonstrable proficiency in React.
Genuine, hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent) as part of your everyday practice - this is central to how we work.
A track record of fast, effective execution and quick adaptation to new tools and processes.
Availability for full-time work and commitment for a minimum of six months.
