This role focuses on full stack development across Java backend services and ReactJS frontend applications, including REST APIs, automated testing, CI-CD pipelines, and production support. The team is modernizing legacy banking systems through microservices and API-driven architecture while delivering iterative enhancements to production. The environment emphasizes end-to-end software ownership from development through release and operational support.

Must Haves
- Strong Java 8+ development for server-side applications and REST APIs
- Hands-on CI-CD pipeline development with Continuous Delivery, TDD, and automated testing
- 5+ years with SQL, relational databases, and database schema design
- 5+ years of experience in software development
Nice to Have
- 5-6 years working in unix environments
Responsibilities
- Work with team members and business stakeholders to understand business requirements before design and development
- Implement technical solutions based on agreed technical design using continuous integration and automated testing
- Test implemented solutions before User Acceptance Testing
- Assist with deployment of components to development and test environmentsDeliver software from analysis through production release and support
- Release code to production and raise production change requests
- Participate in intra-day and overnight production support
