Full Stack Developer | $65/hr Remote

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, review, and debug full stack code (frontend and backend) and technical content generated by advanced AI models.
• Assess the quality of AI outputs for correctness, efficiency, scalability, and adherence to industry best practices.
• Work through system design and algorithmic problems across the application stack to push model capabilities forward.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve the model's logic and engineering judgment.
• Work completely independently and asynchronously, following detailed technical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience: Strong professional software engineering experience.
• Technical Skills: Strong hands‑on coding experience in full stack development, with a deep understanding of databases, APIs, data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Code Quality: Proven experience writing, reviewing, and debugging production‑level code.
• Communication: Strong written communication skills and a high attention to detail.
