Full Stack Developer & AI Automation Engineer

About the Role

We're looking for a senior-level engineer who can own the full stack — from database architecture to AI-driven workflow automation to production infrastructure — with no handholding required. This is not a role for someone who specializes in only one layer of the stack. You'll be expected to design systems end-to-end and take ownership of live production environments from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy AI-powered automation platforms using n8n multi-agent workflows integrated with REST APIs, LLM services (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude), and NocoDB data layers
• Design, normalize, and optimize enterprise-grade relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL) — including stored procedures, triggers, indexing strategies, and query performance tuning for high-volume production systems
• Build and maintain full-stack applications using Python, ASP.NET/VB.NET/C#, and modern JavaScript
• Administer VPS/Linux production environments: Docker container orchestration, DNS, SSL provisioning, and infrastructure monitoring
• Build and scale WordPress/WooCommerce e-commerce platforms with custom Elementor theming, optimized checkout flows, and CRO-focused UX
• Manage multichannel marketplace operations (Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, Carousell) — listings, inventory sync, pricing strategy
• Execute technical SEO strategy: schema markup, Core Web Vitals optimization, technical audits
• Implement human-in-the-loop approval pipelines for AI-driven business processes handling sensitive operational data

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years professional full-stack development experience
• Demonstrated production experience building multi-agent AI workflows (n8n or equivalent) — not just prompting LLMs, but designing branching automation logic with API orchestration
• Strong hands-on expertise in enterprise SQL database design and performance tuning (not just CRUD queries — schema design, indexing, stored procedures)
• Proven Docker/VPS/Linux administration experience in live production environments
• WordPress/WooCommerce development at scale (50+ page sites, custom Elementor systems)
• Direct experience managing e-commerce marketplace operations across at least two of: Amazon, Lazada, Shopee
• Portfolio/references demonstrating end-to-end ownership of at least one deployed AI automation system
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Applications, Computer Science, or related field

• Experience with government/enterprise client environments requiring compliance-grade documentation
