Full-Stack Developer | AI & Automation

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, improve, troubleshoot, and maintain web applications, internal dashboards, reporting tools, and business systems.
- Build and maintain reliable API integrations, webhooks, and automated workflows.
- Develop practical AI-enabled features and automations with appropriate permissions, oversight, error handling, and human approvals.
- Work within existing codebases while improving maintainability, reliability, and performance.
- Implement features and fixes using GitHub, pull requests, code reviews, staging, testing, and documented releases.
- Use AI-assisted coding tools responsibly, reviewing generated code and testing for correctness and security.
- Collaborate directly with the Technology Manager and business stakeholders.
- Track tasks and progress, document completed work, participate in weekly Agile planning, and communicate blockers proactively.
- Follow established security, access-control, testing, and development standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining production web applications.
- Strong full-stack development skills, including frontend, backend, APIs, authentication, and databases.
- Practical experience with modern web development frameworks and relational databases.
- Experience with software integrations, automation, debugging, testing, and deployment.
- Familiarity with GitHub, source control, code review, and collaborative engineering.
- Experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or comparable tools, with appropriate validation.
- Ability to work independently and deliver well-defined technical assignments.
- Strong written English and professional spoken proficiency in either English or Spanish.
- Availability for full-time remote work with agreed U.S. Mountain Time collaboration overlap.
