Full Stack Developer (AI-Driven Product Development)

Overview

We are looking for a proactive Full Stack Developer who not only builds scalable applications but also embraces AI-assisted development and product innovation. The ideal candidate combines strong engineering fundamentals with practical experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate development, and deliver better user experiences.

Key responsibilities

Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications and APIs

• Build responsive frontend applications using modern frameworks

• Develop backend services, databases, and integrations

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, and stakeholders

AI-Augmented Development

• Utilize AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.) to improve development productivity

• Apply AI tools to accelerate debugging, documentation, testing, refactoring, and code generation

• Create automation solutions using AI APIs and Large Language Models (LLMs)

Technical Requirements

Frontend

• React.js / Next.js / Vue.js

Backend

Experience with one or more of:

• OpenAI API

• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

• Workflow automation platforms

Preferred Experience

• Building AI-powered applications.

• Chatbot or virtual assistant development.

• Document intelligence solutions.

• Workflow automation projects.

• SaaS platform development.

• E-commerce integrations.

• Data analytics and reporting systems

Bonus Points

• Experience with Cursor AI, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or OpenAI Codex.

• Experience building AI agents and multi-agent systems.

• Fine-tuning or deploying open-source LLMs.

• Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol).

• Experience with vector search and semantic retrieval systems.

• Experience running AI workloads on cloud infrastructure
