An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Full Stack Developer - AI / Generative AI (GenAI) to join the development of an enterprise-grade, Large Language Model (LLM)-powered conversational platform in Abu Dhabi. This onsite role is ideal for professionals with strong full stack engineering expertise and hands-on experience building scalable AI applications using modern frontend, backend, cloud, and Generative AI technologies.
The successful candidate will contribute to designing, developing, and optimizing production-ready AI solutions, including conversational interfaces, multi-agent systems, and enterprise-scale AI services. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade LLM-powered applications.
- Build responsive conversational user interfaces using Angular or React.
- Develop backend services using Python and FastAPI.
- Implement real-time AI interactions using WebSockets.
- Develop and maintain MCP (Model Context Protocol) tools and services.
- Design and implement multi-agent workflows with orchestration and fallback mechanisms.
- Integrate Large Language Models with structured outputs and tool-calling capabilities.
- Optimize response latency, token consumption, and AI response quality.
- Build highly scalable systems capable of handling high concurrency.
- Implement monitoring, logging, tracing, and performance optimization for AI workflows.
- Integrate vector databases and AI search solutions into enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum 6+ years of professional Full Stack Development experience.
- Immediate to 30-day notice period preferred.

- Strong experience with Angular or React.
