- 1-3 years of proven experience as a full stack developer in application development.
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or related disciplines. Fresh graduates with any of the above degrees are also welcome.
- Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot; familiarity with other backend frameworks is a plus.
- Familiarity with Vue.js or other modern frontend frameworks.
- Solid understanding of relational databases such as MySQL and SQL Server.
- Practical experience with AI-assisted coding / vibe coding workflows and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and the ability to lead technical initiatives.
- Experience with Git, Agile methodologies, and basic DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
