Job Title: AI Full Stack Developer (AI Engineer + Full Stack)

Department: IT AI & Product Engineering

Reporting to: Project Manager

Job Location: Dehradun

Job Purpose:

We are looking for an AI Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain AI-powered web applications. This role combines full stack development with practical AI engineering. You will develop front-end and back-end systems, integrate AI models into real business products, and make sure every solution is reliable, secure, and scalable. You will work closely with project managers, designers, and clients to turn business requirements into working software.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Engineering

* Design and build AI features using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini) and open-source models.

* Build AI agents and multi-step workflows with tool/function calling, memory, and external system integrations (MCP, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar).

* Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines: document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector search, and grounded answers.

* Write, test, and version prompts; build evaluation (evals) to measure accuracy, and reduce hallucinations.

* Build conversational and voice AI solutions (chatbots, AI calling agents) using tools like Twilio, Vapi, Retell, ElevenLabs, or similar.

* Monitor and optimize AI cost, latency, and token usage in production.

Full Stack Development

* Design, develop, and optimize web applications based on functional requirements.

* Build and integrate REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and third-party platforms (CRMs, payment gateways, messaging).

* Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver clean, responsive interfaces.

* Develop and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

* Apply DevOps practices: CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and automated deployments.

* Debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing applications.

* Write clean, secure, maintainable code and clear technical documentation.

Ownership & Delivery

* Validate project feasibility in terms of technical, budget, and timeline constraints, and propose smarter AI-first alternatives.

* Use AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to speed up delivery, while owning code quality and review.

* Stay current with the fast-moving AI ecosystem and bring practical new ideas to the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Education: B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related field (strong portfolio can substitute).

* Frontend: React.js / Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS.

* Backend: Node.js (Express/NestJS) and Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask).

* AI/LLM: Working knowledge of OpenAI / Claude / Gemini APIs, prompt engineering, function calling, and embeddings, shown through personal, academic, internship, or professional projects.

* Vector Databases: pgvector, Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, or ChromaDB.

* Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Supabase/Firebase, Redis.

* Cloud & DevOps: AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS), Docker, Git, CI/CD.

* Integrations: RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Webhooks, WebSockets.

Good to Have:

* AI agent frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, OpenAI Agents SDK, or Model Context Protocol (MCP).

* Voice AI and telephony: Twilio, speech-to-text, text-to-speech.

* Automation platforms: n8n, Make, Zapier, Go HighLevel.

* Fine-tuning or running open-source models (Llama, Mistral, Qwen) via Hugging Face or Ollama.

* ML fundamentals: PyTorch/TensorFlow, basic model training and evaluation.

* Experience in CRM & ERP development.
