Full Stack Developer — AI Support SaaS Platform

Project Overview:
- Working SaaS platform where businesses upload their documents and an AI agent answers customer questions from them.
- Product is live with paying users.
- Build requires a full stack developer to continue work on an existing codebase.

Required Development Tasks:
- User registration with signup form validation, API endpoint with server-side checks, email verification, and clear error and success feedback.
- User management dashboard with user list, pagination, search, role management for admin, staff, and customer, user enable or disable functionality, and real-time status updates.
- Profile system including profile editing, avatar upload, activity log, and user preferences.
- Access control with role-based permissions enforced on the server.
- End-to-end quality implementation for features working from the button click through the API to the database and back, with proper error handling on every layer.

Technical Stack:
- Next.js 14 (Pages Router).
- React 18.
- TypeScript.
- Tailwind CSS 3.
- Sass or SCSS.
- Next.js API routes.
- PostgreSQL.

Desired Qualifications:
- Ability to build features end to end, including frontend and backend in the same pull request.
- Strong React, TypeScript, and Node.js skills.
- PostgreSQL proficiency, including writing migrations and queries.
- Capability to pick up an existing codebase and improve it without rewriting everything.
- Ability to demonstrate feature functionality through a user walkthrough rather than code explanation.
